Here’s what you’ll need:
500g venison sausage
1 large brown onion (diced)
4 carrots (diced)
5 large mushrooms (diced)
500ml chicken stock
A pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper
6 teaspoons of corn flour
1 1/2 tablespoons of vegtable oil
For the suet dumplings you’ll need:
125g plain flour
60g beef suet
1 teaspoon of baking powder
150ml water
