Salsa is a popular form of social dance originating in Eastern Cuba. The Salsa we hear now is said to be born in New York to a mixture of Afro Cuban folk dances with Jazz.
This is a great experience, where it does not matter a tomato salsa whether you can dance or not. When the music is this good, no-one will even notice.
We will start the day at Carindale Hotel for the salsa dance workshop between 9am and 11am before making our way to the Spiegeltent for 11.30am for a buffet, live salsa band and a chance to put your moves to the test!
Tickets are as follows:
Entry to the dance workshop, lunch and show is £28.50
Entry to the band only is £9.50
Wheelchair access and access tickets come with a free companion ticket.
