Founded in 2007 by our music director James and a small group of friends, the Edinburgh Gay Men’s Chorus (EGMC) has grown into a vibrant and diverse community of around fifty members. Our mission remains the same: to create a fun, supportive, and social space for gay men to express themselves through music while raising awareness and funds for local charities.
Our repertoire is as diverse as our members, featuring everything from barbershop and show tunes to pop anthems, American classics, and traditional Scottish songs. Whether we’re belting out Broadway hits or celebrating Scotland’s musical heritage, we’re proud to represent our community through the power of song.
EGMC is driven by a dedicated committee that ensures our continued growth and success. We perform two major concerts each year, but you’ll also find us singing at charity and private events—indoors or outdoors, large or small. Supporting local causes is central to who we are, and we love lending our voices to events that make a difference.
All ages welcome.
Please note that there is a limited number of Kids Go Free (under 16) tickets available for this event.
