Embrace Scottish Trad culture while spinning the evening away at a brand new monthly Ceilidh Club.
The high-energy evening is the latest addition to the programme of events running at the Loreburn Hall. The Big Burns Supper is currently running the hall for one year as part of a pilot takeover.
Local Trad band The Nicky McMichan Ceilidh Band will take dancers through their steps in a high energy workout, with live music designed to keep everyone on their toes.
The next event takes place from 6pm to 8pm on Thursday, December 9th while a Christmas Special is also set to run during the same times on Friday, December 30th.
Tickets cost £6.50 for each event but, as part of an initiative to get more young people interested in and involved with Scottish Trad culture, students and people under-30 can take part for free.
Loreburn Hall bar will be open throughout both events if participants need a quick refreshment or wee dram.
To help add to the atmosphere, participants are encouraged to don their kilts and tartan as part of the experience.
Graham Main, Executive Producer of Big Burns Supper which is running Loreburn Hall, said:
“Our first monthly Ceilidh Club was really popular, so we have decided to make this a regular feature as well.
“The project is part of the Big Burns Supper’s take-over of the Loreburn Hall and is part of a roster of monthly events designed to get the community engaged in cultural activities.”
