Dumfries Community Choir

Dumfries Community Choir runs every week on a Tuesday evening from 6pm – 8pm at our premises at St. Georges Church Hall, George Street,DG1 1EJ

We are just entering our 14th Season of glorious singing and music making.

The space is fully accessible with a ramp at ground level. The workshop is delivered in the Main Hall which is very open and has lots of light.

You do not need to read music to sing with us, and we run sessions in a very relaxed style.  We provide online resources for members to be able to listen to tracks outside of the session, and we have a very active social part of our programme.

We do not audition, you show up and sit at the back until you are comfortable to sing.

Cost of the programme is free, but we ask members to make a minimum donation of £30 per month. This can be paid monthly, or annually upon joining. We will send you more information about how to pay once you’ve registered.  Under 26 year olds and those on benefits are not expected to make a donation.
