Biggest ever Christmas Market for Dumfries to run at the Loreburn Hall this Sunday
A new Dumfries Christmas Market runs at the Loreburn Hall this Sunday (18th December) from 10am to 4.30pm and will include more than 65 different local traders who have the perfect gift ideas for you.
Stalls will include upcycled bottle lamps, hand-made Belgian chocolates, organic cotton maternity tops, local wildlife calendars, pop art, handmade Gin, home-made confectionery, and lots more.
The event will take place in the Loreburn Hall which is currently being leased to Big Burns Supper, and the event will include a Christmas café with mulled wine, roasted chestnuts and German sausages as well as a santa’s grotto.
Cabaret music is being provided in the Le Haggis Lounge by Paddy’s Ratwagon, Shaunie Craig, Bethan Cubbon, Fergus Bainbridge and Kyle Anderson as well as the Dumfries Swing Band and LOKA.

As well as indulging in Christmas gifts for loved ones, the local community is also being asked to consider those well less off with a Food Bank drop off point operating at the event.
