Dumfries Christmas market will run in Loreburn Hall on Sunday 11th and Sunday 18th December between 10am and 6pm.

Filled with exciting Christmas gift ideas, the market will also feature food trucks, Santa’s Grotto, live entertainment and a variety of choirs from throughout the region.

Please read the following event information before applying: 

• We are looking for mixed variety of stalls each day, including food and drink.
• We will be running three live bars and a café during the event.
• Entrance to the event for the public is free.
• We are very interested in showcasing locally made products.
• Young Entrepreneurs under the age of 25 do not need to pay the £20 fee.
• We intend to publicise each stall holder with an online guide book, so tell us as much about your products as you can.
• Each stall holder will be allocated a 6ft wooden trestle table.
• Power is only available with prior request. Please specify in your application if you wish to have this.
• All electronic items need to be PAT tested.
• Big Burns Supper has final say on all advertisement, décor, or stock that could pose a risk to health and safety or encroach on other stallholders’ space is not permitted.
• As well as Santa’s Grotto – we will also have a drop off point where you can donate a gift to a member of the community.

• All stall holders are expected to hold their own insurance, but if you do not have this, we may be able to get this for you.
