As part of our relaunched Big Burns Supper we will be presenting three days of free music and events as part of Dumfries Carnival from 17th – 19th January in the centre of Dumfries.
The events kick off at 4pm on Friday 17th January with trading each night until 12pm. Opening on Saturday and Sunday at 10am.
We will have several pitches for food and drinks vendors around the Queensberry Square Stage area. It will be a good opportunity for post Christmas sales and for you to connect your brand with our loyal audience.
These will be self running pitches with no electricity.
We aim to create a good market which is mixed with lots of different products and will give priority for locally sourced products from Dumfries & Galloway or the wider Borderlands area.
There is no fee for taking part, but the festival would love to negotiate a discount for our volunteers who will be working througout the weekend.
Bar providers are encouraged to apply but we will expect 25% of your trading profit. We will also be the license holder and this will be limited to an area which is controlled.
Please tell us a little about the type of products you stock and if possible include an image of your van so we can review this and then publicise it at a later date.
